Price:   Our prices are "Drive Away"....they include the batteries and charger!  If it’s marked IN STOCK on our website, then we have it in stock in our store or our warehouse.  If you have the coin, then we have the keys.

Service:    We offer a full time in-store parts and service department and in-house custom design lab for accessories for our wheelchairs, scooters and service vehicles. Our shop mechanic rate is $60.00/hr.  We offer pick-up and drop-off around the GTA. Call 415-778-9586 to book an appointment or pick-up.

Buyer’s Responsibility: When purchasing a new vehicle it is incumbent on the customer to carefully inspect the painted surfaces and cosmetic appearance of the scooter or electric bike and pronounce him/herself satisfied with their choice, before removing their purchase from our store.  Although the utmost care is taken to ensure the integrity of the finish on our vehicles, it is wise to remember that a Mercedes finish comes with a Mercedes price-tag.

Returns:    If you wish to return a product it can be returned within 7 Days in new and unused condition only. Customer must pay return shipping plus 25% restocking fee. The cost of the item minus the restocking fee is refunded once the product has been returned and is determined to be in new and unused condition.  If the product has been used, ridden, or damaged while in the possession of the customer, the product cannot be exchanged or returned for future credit, unless authorized by Mobilityunlimited Inc. at a lower value than the purchase price. Customer assumes all return shipping costs.

Exchanges:  If you want to exchange your product, it must be returned in new condition and you are responsible for return shipping. The initial cost of shipping will not be refunded.

 

 

Defects: If a product is defective, it will be replaced or repaired at our discretion, or a credit will be issued for an amount totaling no more than the purchase price.  Call us toll free (877-778-9586) so we can authorize the repair or return and replacement of the product. Customer is responsible for all return and re-shipping costs.

 

 

Outstanding Accounts:  Outstanding accounts in excess of 30 days will automatically void the Warranty after reasonable attempts to collect said amounts have failed or acceptable justifications for non-payment have not been presented. Any abandoned vehicles or equipment in for servicing will be discarded after 30 days unless arrangements have been made with Mobilityunlimited Inc.                        Updated Mar 12, 2012

WARRANTY

Comprehensive Warranty: Repair or replacement is extended to the original owner on the frame, swing-arm, motor and controller against manufacturer’s defect in workmanship and materials on all e-bikes, golf caddies, mobility scooters and power wheelchairs. Manufacturer's comprehensive warranty does not cover such parts including, but not limited to seats, plastic housings and shrouds, pitting, scratches and chips, brake pads, tires, tubes, or damage due to lack of maintenance, accident, misuse or abuse. Damage incurred from floods, road salt and other foreign debris or chemicals are not covered by the comprehensive warranty.


6 month Pro-Rated Warranty on original batteries provided that they have been maintained as instructed by your vehicle hand-book and not subjected to freezing temperatures.


3 months Warranty on the charger. There are no moving parts in a charger (except a fan, perhaps). Either it works or it doesn't. A charger has computer parts inside. Just as an i-pod or cell-phone wouldn't function for very long if you left it outside in the elements, a charger treated this way will fail. This is misuse and abuse of your equipment and will not be warranted beyond 3 months from your date of purchase.


In the interest of customer satisfaction,
MobilityUnlimited Inc. may at its sole discretion, offer refunds or exchanges to customers on products covered by manufacturer's comprehensive warranty.


90 day Pro-rated Warranty on replacement batteries. For example, if the battery fails one (1) month after the original purchase, the customer would be entitled to a prorated warranty credit of 33 1/3% (1/3) of the original purchase price towards the purchase of a new replacement battery at the same retail price (or current retail price if that is lower). The replacement battery would then carry the balance of time remaining on the original prorated 90 day warranty. In this example, the replacement battery would have 2 months remaining on the original pro-rated warranty.


MobilityUnlimited Inc will assume no liability, whatsoever, if any defect in the product is found to be
the result of improper storage or use of the product not consistent with MobilityUnlimited Inc instructions and recommendations.


In addition, MobilityUnlimited Inc. shall be without liability for any defect in any product which MobilityUnlimited Inc., in its opinion, determines has resulted from the product being
repaired or altered by someone other than MobilityUnlimited Inc.
MobilityUnlimited Inc. does not warrant the fitness for any particular purpose of its products and does not make any warranty, express or implied, other than the limited warranty contained herein.
